Israel's Education Ministry has unveiled a nationwide initiative to integrate artificial intelligence into Israel’s education system, aiming to revolutionize learning for students in grades 4-12.

Spanning 2025, the program includes extensive teacher training, AI-driven curriculum development, and the introduction of cutting-edge digital tools. Over 400 leading tech companies—including Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Nvidia—are collaborating to train 3,000 mentors who will guide schools in implementing AI technologies effectively.

Key innovations in the initiative include "Q," an AI training bot for responsible usage; a Google Gemini-based chat assistant tailored for education; "Magic School," a lesson-planning and assessment tool; and a specialized Minecraft interface for younger students.

Throughout February, the Education Ministry will host live broadcasts, competitions, and major events, culminating in a national AI education summit on February 27. Simultaneously, over 70,000 teachers are expected to participate in AI-focused enrichment webinars.
