Israeli Popstar HIT
10,000+ : The Unreleased Odeya Azoulay Song That Just Blew Up TikTok
Israeli singer Odeya Azoulay's new EP features "Rockey," a track that gained massive TikTok popularity with 10,000+ videos before its official release, alongside religious-pop fusion.

Leading Israeli musician and songwriter Odeya Azoulay has released a new EP titled "Van da'M," a collection that serves as a prelude to a larger full-length album currently in development. The strategic release comes after Azoulay swept the charts, securing the title of Singer of the Year across multiple annual surveys.
The mini-album features three distinct tracks, each showcasing a different facet of Azoulay's evolving musical identity. The EP marks a more mature musical direction, blending contemporary pop with strikingly honest and exposed lyrics.
"Rockey" Takes Over TikTok
The centerpiece of the EP is the highly anticipated single "Rocky." Even before its official release, the track's sound became a viral sensation on TikTok, featuring in over 10,000 user videos, signaling its status as an immediate street hit. The song opens with the line, "In the streets of the lonely."
The music video for "Rocky" was directed by the acclaimed Omer Aloni, who has recently broken into the mainstream, creating international-caliber videos for top Israeli artists. The clip is designed as a complete, fictional series, telling the story of the invented character "Rocky" and starring a cast of young actors.
Innovative Promotional Campaigns
Azoulay and her team deployed a creative campaign to promote the new music. Last week, vans featuring groups of "Nachmanim", followers of a religious pop trend were deployed across the country, singing her new, faith-based pop track, "Hakol Hakol Letovah" (Everything is for the Good), which also debuted this morning.
"Hakol Hakol Letovah" is an optimistic and rhythmic song that incorporates verses from the Book of Psalms, which Azoulay composed herself. It was musically arranged and produced by Eliran Eliyahu and Omri Dahan, a duo known for major hits like Yasmin Mualem's "Dam" and Omer Adam's "Tzamid Tzamid" (Close, Close).
The EP's title track, "Van da'M," is a reference to the action star Jean-Claude Van Damme. However, the song itself is described as a bold and uncompromising creation that projects inner female power and self-confidence. Azoulay co-wrote and co-composed the song with Gal Adam, who also produced it alongside Matan Dror.
