Just in time for the first night of Chanukah 5786, a cappella powerhouse Six13 has unleashed their most ambitious holiday single yet: “Golden: A KPop Demon Hunters Chanukah,” a dazzling mashup of the two breakout tracks from Netflix’s smash animated film KPop Demon Hunters — “Golden” and “Soda Pop.”
The group takes the neon-soaked, high-octane K-pop energy of Huntrix’s empowerment anthem and flips it into pure Chanukah gold: menorah flames, sizzling latkes, spinning dreidels, and the eternal miracle of a single cruse of oil that refused to quit. As band member Nathaniel Ribner said, “The second we heard these songs we knew they were perfect for Chanukah, a holiday about pushing back darkness, defying the odds, and shining bright when the world feels coldest.”
Six13’s signature wall-of-sound vocal production is on full display: razor-sharp harmonies, explosive beatboxing, and that unmistakable Six13 swagger that somehow makes “We bring the light, eight crazy nights” land hard.

This marks yet another pop-culture conquest for the group that previously Chanukah-fied Queen, Taylor Swift, ABBA, and Wicked.
