According to a Walla report, the IDF believes that the war in Gaza will continue until October 2024 - about a year after it broke out.

The report states that the IDF estimates that the most significant concentration of Hamas rockets is located in the Rafah area, with missiles capable of reaching Tel Aviv. At the moment, it is believed that all the anti-aircraft missile production sites in the Gaza Strip have been destroyed.

Regarding Hamas' military strength, the IDF says that a total of five brigade commanders, 24 generals, and 101 company commanders have been killed since the beginning of the fighting.

In the coming weeks, the IDF will mainly focus on destroying the tunnels and smuggling routes from Egypt to Gaza, with the understanding that liquidation of the underground layout will "suffocate Hamas."
