The centerpiece of the operation was a direct strike on the air defense command post of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Air Force, the nerve center responsible for building Iran's aerial picture and defending its skies. This was the most significant air defense command facility operated by the IRGC Air Force.

In addition to the command post itself, the strikes targeted air defense systems, headquarters, logistical warehouses, and other structures belonging to the Iranian regime that had been established in the vicinity of the command center.

The IDF also struck a separate site used by the regime for the production and launch of ballistic missiles, including weapons stockpiles belonging to the Quds Force.

The IDF said the strike on the air defense command post further degrades the regime's defensive systems and its command-and-control capabilities, and stated that it will continue to strike Iranian regime infrastructure across Iran.
