Initial report of a car-ramming attack in the south of Mount Hebron, near Beit Haggai. The report indicates that a terrorist tried to run over soldiers at an intersection towards Hebron. The fighters returned fire and killed the terrorist.
There were no Israeli casualties in the incident.

The IDF stated: "A report was received of an attempted attack against a military position, at intersection 200 near Hebron in the Yehuda region, the terrorist was neutralized, more details later."
Second attack in the area within a week
As a reminder, last week, in the same area, a shooting attack occurred in which Bat-Sheva Nagari, HY"D, was murdered, and Aryeh Gottlieb was severely injured. A terrorist from Hebron opened fire at the vehicle they were traveling in at the Kvasim Junction and fled to Hebron. Nagari passed away almost immediately, and Gottlieb was seriously injured and rushed to Soroka Hospital, where he underwent surgery and his condition stabilized.
The terrorist was caught less than a day later in Hebron, in an operation by the Israel's Counter Terrorism Unit after he had already said goodbye to his family members.
