Although her representatives clarified the shirt was not a deliberate political statement, her interview with Mehdi Hassan provides important context. She might say she didn't mean it, but clearly she did. There is absolutely zero chance her shirt was just an innocent wardrobe choice, and expecting the public to believe that insults our intelligence.
Also, given that her child is transgender, her support for Hamas is even more bizarre, considering Hamas’s restrictions on LGBTQ+ rights in Gaza.
Obviously, expecting her to see the truth about the Israel Gaza conflict is too much to expect.
It would be a blessing to all of us if she focused on It's All That and left the politics alone.
