OVERNIGHT ISRAEL: The Houthis Finally Land a Hit. Israel Might Finally Hit Back.
Houthi Missile Hits Near Ben Gurion Airport: Israel on Edge, Flights Grounded, Hamas Cheers, Turkish Jets Clash Real Middle East War Updates with Zero Filter

The Houthis Finally Land a Hit. Israel Might Finally Hit Back.
This morning, May 4th, alarms went off across Israel as the Houthis fired a ballistic missile straight at civilian areas. In the minutes before impact, people were already getting alerts telling them to take cover. The IDF told everyone straight up that the missile had slipped through the defenses and was going to hit somewhere.
And it did. About 75 meters from Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport, crashing into an orange grove. Flights were grounded. Planes were circling overhead. For about an hour, Ben Gurion was on lockdown.
This was missile number 27 fired by the Houthis at Israel. The first 26 were knocked out of the sky. This one got through. Barely.
Israel always leaves room for error which is why the Home Front Command was quick to tell everyone to get inside and stay safe.
But of course, the Houthis could not just take their little win and move on. Right away, social media was flooded with them bragging. Saying Israel is not safe anymore. Settlers should go back to Europe. The Yemeni people have no fear. And even that this was the most successful military operation in the history of the universe.
Give a Houthi a cookie and he thinks he conquered Rome.
Reality check. Israel has not even been paying serious attention to the Houthis. They were treated like a bunch of kids throwing tantrums. But that might be about to change. Israeli media like the Jerusalem Post are already reporting that Israel is seriously considering changing its policy toward Yemen because of this strike.
Yemen Is Hanging On By A Thread
Meanwhile Yemen is a disaster. Saana International Airport is still standing. Their power grids are still up. Fuel supplies are still there.
Yemen is barely breathing as it is. According to the UN and World Food Program, over 17 million Yemenis, including 2.2 million kids, are starving. Not struggling. Starving.
Israel could level Yemen’s key infrastructure in a matter of hours if it wanted to. They have been holding back because it was not worth the effort.
But after today they might not hold back much longer.
The Big Result: Eight Injuries From Panic
So what damage did this mighty Houthi missile cause?
Eight people were hurt. Not by the blast. By panic and shock while running for cover.
That is it.
The missile did leave a big crater though. About 25 meters wide and several meters deep. Experts say the warhead was weak. Mostly impact damage. Barely any explosive force.
In other words they made a mess but no serious military damage.
Also the President of Cyprus was flying into Tel Aviv when the alarms went off. His flight had to circle and landed an hour late.
Meanwhile: Saudi Arabia Qatar and the UAE, who love screaming every time Israel blinks, said absolutely nothing about Yemen’s attack.
Netanyahu is holding a security meeting today. Defense officials are already saying that hitting Yemen is on the table. The Houthis might want to start warming up. Things are about to get real.
Hamas Praises the Houthis Because Of Course They Do,
In case you were wondering where Hamas stands, their spokesman Abu Obeida praised Yemen for attacking Israel. Called the Houthis Palestine’s equal.
Honestly he is not wrong. Both groups starve their people, use them as human shields, and then cry when things blow up in their faces.
Also they lie.
The official Yemeni Houthi account claimed they hit a vital target in Ashkelon. They didn’t.
Ask anyone in Ashkelon. Nobody even noticed.
But sure. Keep dreaming.
Israeli and Turkish Jets Face Off Over Syria:
While all this was happening, Israeli jets came face to face with Turkish F-16s over Syria.
The IDF was running airstrikes near Assad’s palace in Damascus. Turkish planes crossed into Syrian airspace and confronted them.
Reports say the Turkish pilots sent electronic warnings. The IDF says it never happened.
Either way it is a bad sign when two serious militaries start getting that close to each other.
Terrorists Plot To Kill Ben Gvir. Get A Slap On The Wrist.
A court in Beersheba sentenced three terrorists who plotted to assassinate National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir with a rocket-propelled grenade.
They got three and a half years in prison.
Three years. For trying to kill a government official.
The Shin Bet said they were also planning attacks on IDF bases, Ben Gurion Airport, and government buildings in Jerusalem.
But thanks to a plea bargain, they will be back on the streets before you know it.
Ben Gvir is furious. And he should be.
Somebody Fired An Anti Tank Missile At An Empty Apartment
As if that was not enough stupidity for one day, someone fired a shoulder launched anti tank missile at an empty apartment in Kiryat Ata.
Nobody was hurt. The apartment had been empty for weeks.
No word yet on how they even got the missile. But apparently the media is not too interested in finding out.
The model used is a small one. Single use. Only weighs about five pounds. Meant to be fired once and thrown away.
Closing Thoughts:
Honestly if not for the Houthis getting bored today the news would have been pretty slow.
So go outside. Make a coffee. Play some ball. Enjoy life.
The news will be waiting for you when you get back.
Israel is not going anywhere. God made that promise in the Bible and God does not change His mind. Unlike us He is perfect.
Every time things like this happen it is just another step closer to God's plan. He needs you at the top of your game. Spiritually and physically. Do not slack off now. The best is just getting started.
