Lebanese media reported explosions in the southern village of al-Mansouri, near Tyre, caused by barrels of high explosive that Israeli drones had dropped on the town, part of continuing Israeli military activity inside the self-declared security zone. Lebanese trackers reported Israeli forces bulldozing houses in the same area on Monday.

The village lies within the roughly ten-kilometer-deep zone where Israeli forces have operated since the June ceasefire, and it has been struck repeatedly. Israel has not issued a statement addressing the al-Mansouri operations directly.

The activity follows a week of exchanges further east. The IDF said Hezbollah launched two explosive drones at troops in the Ali Taher Ridge area on Sunday, that one was shot down and no soldiers were hurt, and that it struck Hezbollah infrastructure and operatives in response. The military called the launch a blatant breach of the ceasefire. Israeli officials said Hezbollah had launched explosive drones at troops in the same area three times in a week.

Lebanon's health ministry said four people were killed on Sunday, two men in a town at the edge of the Israeli-held zone and two women in Arab Salim, which lies well north of it. Ahead of those strikes the IDF told residents near a building in Arab Salim to move at least 300 meters away, the first such warning in Lebanon in weeks.

President Joseph Aoun's office described Sunday's strikes as a dangerous escalation and called on Washington to intervene. Israel's Foreign Ministry said Hezbollah is trying to rebuild its military capability in southern Lebanon and that Israel will not accept continued violations of the agreement.
