An IDF spokesperson said that Golani's divisional combat team is fighting in the Kasbah of Shejaiya and fierce battles continue to take place from civilian and underground infrastructure. For about a week now, the fighters of the Golani Brigade's combat team and its commanders have been fighting deep in the Shejaiya area of Gaza City. In recent days, the brigade has been attacking terrorist infrastructures in the Kasbah of Shejaiya. The commanders in the field showed courage and composure, commanded from the front, and jumped to help and rescue the wounded warriors. As part of the heroic battle, some of the commanders and fighters who came to help and rescue the force in the building were killed.
