DW: Prime Minister chosen for Dutch government

The new PM is Dick Schoof, a Dutch civil servant considered to be an expert on security and migration.

Following months of coalition negotiations, four Dutch parties, including Geert Wilders' radical populist PVV have agreed that Dick Schoof, a Dutch civil servant with experience in security and migration, will become Holland's next Prime Minister, according to DW.

Per DW, one of the conditions of the other parties to the coalition was that Wilders himself, known for his firebrand rhetoric, not be made Prime Minister himself. Wilders said that he expects the government to be working by next month.

Wilders congratulated Schoof on X as "non-partisan" and "having a great track record":
