IDF announces death of another brave soldier in Gaza city

IDF soldier from Ness Ziona was killed earlier today in the neighbourhood of Shejaiya in Gaza. He was killed while fighting Hamas gunmen with another soldier injured in the same incident.

IDF reports the death of Staff Sgt. Eyal Mimran, 20, who was killed during the fighting in Gaza City earlier today.

The military has announced that an IDF soldier died in earlier clashes in Shejaiya, Gaza City.

Staff Sgt. Eyal Mimran, aged 20, hailing from Ness Ziona, serves in the Paratroopers Brigade's 101st Battalion.

His passing increases Israel's casualties from the ground attack on Hamas in Gaza and military activities near the border to 325.

Additionally, the IDF reports that a reservist from the Alexandroni Brigade sustained serious injuries in central Gaza.
