Hamas' Ministry of Health reported today (Sunday) that 5 people were killed and 5 wounded in Israeli air strikes in various areas of the Gaza Strip. According to reports in Gaza, there are 2 terrorists in Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, 2 in the Khan Yunis area in the southern Gaza Strip and one terrorist in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
The IDF confirmed this morning that earlier today (Sunday), a number of suspects were identified who operated near IDF forces in the northern Gaza Strip and planted an explosive device in the area. In response, an Israeli Air Force aircraft attacked the suspects in order to remove the threat.
At midnight, the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, which had been signed for 42 days, officially ended, and as of now, Hamas has refused Israel's demands to continue the negotiations.
In response to Hamas' refusal, Channel 14's military correspondent Hillel Biton Rosen reported this morning that in a dramatic security discussion held last night (Saturday) with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which senior political and security officials participated, the decision was made to stop the entry of aid trucks to Hamas and its supporters.
