Update on the condition of the injured from the attack: The shooting attack that occurred today (Monday) in Har Hevron targeted a passing vehicle, in which Bat-Sheva Nagari, HY"D, was murdered in front of her daughter, and Arieh Leib was severely injured. He has been taken to Soroka Medical Center for further treatment. Currently, the hospital has provided an update on his condition.

Dr. Asaf Aker, the director of the Orthopedic Trauma Unit at Soroka Medical Center, explains: "He arrived at the trauma room fully conscious and was treated immediately. He underwent initial treatment in the trauma room and was then taken to the operating room for further urgent treatment. The gunshot wounds caused open fractures in the limbs and severe bleeding. The initial treatment was performed in the operating room to save the limbs, and the patient was then transferred for further treatment in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital."

According to the investigation of the attack, after the attack, the vehicle fled to Hebron. The IDF deployed large forces in the surrounding area and Hebron itself, and reinforced the presence with an additional battalion. Hebron is a large city that requires significant forces. In the IDF, it is stated that the initial effort is to prevent another attack in the region, and the second effort is the pursuit of the attackers.
