Rafat Salman, head of the combat aid system in the northern Gaza Strip, is a senior figure at the top of the Gaza City Brigade. In the past, Salman served as the deputy commander of the brigade, which makes him very knowledgeable in everything related to defensive assessments and attacks on Israeli territory.
