Hollywood conspiracy claims
Movie star claims Gene Hackman and wife were murdered in Hollywood ritual sacrifice
Actor alleges Hackman and wife were victims of staged killing, compares their deaths to those of Heath Ledger and David Carradine

Hollywood actor Randy Quaid has made shocking allegations regarding the recent deaths of two-time Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, claiming they were murdered as part of a ritual sacrifice.
Hackman, 95, and Arakawa, 65, were found deceased in their Santa Fe, New Mexico, home last week under what authorities initially described as suspicious circumstances. However, investigators later stated that no foul play was suspected.
Quaid, known for his roles in Independence Day and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, took to social media on Saturday, insisting that the couple were victims of a staged killing.
“Gene Hackman and his wife are murder victims, some scumbags did it and staged it,” he wrote in a viral post on X.
Quaid also compared Hackman’s death to those of other actors, including David Carradine and Heath Ledger, whom he has previously claimed were also murdered.
In a follow-up post, Quaid hinted that he had leads on “who” was responsible for Hackman’s death but did not provide specific details.
The claims reignited discussions surrounding Quaid’s long-standing allegations about “star whackers,” a term he has used since 2010 to describe a supposed group targeting Hollywood actors for financial gain.
At the time, he alleged that several celebrities, including Heath Ledger, Chris Penn, and David Carradine, had been “whacked” and warned that stars like Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and Mel Gibson were also being manipulated.
Authorities, however, have found no evidence to support foul play in Hackman’s death.
Reports indicate that the actor’s pacemaker last showed activity nine days before his body was found, and a bottle of pills was discovered near Arakawa’s body.
Despite Quaid’s claims, official reports state that the couple’s deaths appear to be natural or accidental.
David Carradine reportedly died from autoerotic asphyxiation in a Bangkok hotel room in 2009, while Ledger’s cause of death was ruled an accidental drug overdose in 2008.
Law enforcement officials continue to investigate Hackman and Arakawa’s deaths, but no criminal elements have been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Quaid’s accusations have sparked debate online, with some dismissing them as conspiracy theories while others question the circumstances surrounding Hollywood’s past high-profile deaths.
