U.S. President Donald Trump released a video on his Truth Social account, featuring a B-2 stealth bomber taking off - accompanied by a satiric pun on The Beach Boys Hit "Barbara Ann" with the message: “Bomb Iran.”
The 57-second clip, set to intense background music, showcases advanced U.S. military capabilities of the B-2 bomber and appears to send a direct message to Tehran - as if the one sent a few days ago was not enough...
The phrase “Bomb Iran” was originally taken from a satirical 1980 parody song by Vince Vance, but under Trump’s hand, it perhaps takes on a far more serious tone.
The video was posted less than 24 hours after a temporary ceasefire was announced between Israel and Iran.
Among Trump’s MAGA base, the clip was applauded as proof of his hardline stance on national security.
Interestingly, the video was posted just hours - before Trump is scheduled to meet with NATO leaders in Europe.
