Argentinian President Javier Milei arrived today (Tuesday) in Israel for an official visit, and declared that his country was moving its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, according to Walla News.

Per the report, Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz, who greeted him at the airport, welcomed him warmly and ended his welcome with the phrase "Let freedom live, dammit!" in Spanish, which Milei tends to use to end his speeches.

Should Argentina follow through on its promise to move the embassy to Israel's capital, it will become the sixth country to do so. Other countries with embassies in Jerusalem include the United States, Honduras, Papua New Guinea, Kosovo, and Guatemala, according to Channel 12 reporter Amit Segal.
