IDF strikes Hezbollah military target in retaliation for anti-tank missile launches into Israel

The IDF struck a Hezbollah military target in the village of Ayta ash Shab, after two anti-tank missiles were fired from there at the Biranit area inside Israel.

In response to anti-tank missiles launched at Biranit, the IDF struck a Hezbollah military structure in the village of Ayta ash Shab today (Tuesday). The IDF released footage of the strike:

The border war between the IDF and Hezbollah continues to intensify, with the Air Force striking more targets in southern Lebanon and beyond and Hezbollah continuing to launch rockets and anti-tank missiles at military and civilian structures and areas.

In a meeting with White House envoy Amos Hochstein, who has been working to broker an end to hostilities in the north, Defense Minister Gallant said that “We are committed to the diplomatic process, however Hezbollah’s aggression is bringing us closer to a critical point in the decision-making regarding our military activities in Lebanon.”
