Opposition Leader Lapid to Blinken: "We will not rest until the hostages return home"

Lapid told Blinken that "all Israeli citizens are united round the call to return the hostages."

Opposition Leader Yair Lapid met this evening (Monday) with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken as part of his official visit to the United States beginning last night. Later this evening, Lapid will meet with National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.

During the meeting, Lapid and Blinken discussed the international efforts to return the hostages, the northern border, the day after, and other strategic issues.

"All Israeli citizens are united round the call to return the hostages," Lapid told Blinken during the meeting. "Together with the international community, we must not rest until we see them all returning home."
