On Tuesday, an IDF soldier was critically injured by a barrage of projectiles fired from Lebanon into the Har Dov region, as reported by the IDF Spokesperson's Unit on Wednesday morning.

The soldier was rushed to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, where he has undergone surgery and is now under intensive care. The soldier's family has been notified of his condition.

The incident involved around 15 projectiles launched from Lebanese soil into Israeli territory. The IDF managed to intercept some of these projectiles, but others fell in open areas near Kiryat Shmona.

Furthermore, several projectiles that landed in Har Dov caused direct hits, prompting a retaliatory strike by IDF artillery against the originating sites.
