According to the report, the anticipated Israeli attacks would concentrate heavily on Hezbollah strongholds. Barrack specifically warned Iraq that the impending Israeli operation would continue until Hezbollah is fully disarmed. Furthermore, he explicitly cautioned Iraq against a harsh Israeli retaliation on its own territory if pro-Iranian militias operating there attempt to intervene in the potential war between Israel and Hezbollah.
