An 11-year-old boy is fighting for his life following a severe ATV accident in southern Israel on Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to a meeting point near the Tzafit Junction in the Negev region, where the child was brought after being injured while riding an all-terrain vehicle.

Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics reported that the boy was unconscious and had no pulse and was not breathing when they arrived. He had sustained massive multi-system trauma. Medical teams immediately began advanced life-saving procedures, including CPR, while rushing him to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.

"The child was brought to us in critical condition, suffering from extensive injuries," said MDA emergency medic Tzvika Isaac. "We immediately began medical checks and intensive resuscitation efforts. He was evacuated in a mobile intensive care unit while we continued CPR throughout the journey to the hospital."
