Brigadier General Effie Defrin, the IDF Spokesperson, issued a major operational update this evening, confirming that the Israeli Air Force has successfully completed a series of devastating strikes against six primary military airports throughout Iran. These facilities were identified by military intelligence as the central hubs for the "Terror Export" program, used by the regime to transport weapons, advanced technology, and cold hard cash to its proxies across the Middle East. The strikes resulted in the total destruction of numerous aircraft, including specialized "Quds Force" transport planes and Iranian attack helicopters. This operation is a critical step in "deepening air superiority" over the Iranian heartland and ensuring that the regime can no longer resupply its terror arms in Lebanon, Gaza, and Yemen.

Dismantling the Quds Force Fleet

The primary targets of the overnight wave were the runways and hangars used by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. General Defrin detailed that the destroyed aircraft included those specifically assigned to the Quds Force, the unit responsible for external operations and support for groups like Hezbollah, the Houthi terrorists, and Hamas. By destroying these planes on the ground, Israel has effectively cut the physical link between Tehran and its regional satellites. In addition to the transport fleet, several squadrons of Iranian attack helicopters were eliminated, further reducing the regime’s ability to defend its own territory or launch localized counter attacks against coalition forces.

Blinding the Defense

The operation did not only focus on aircraft. The IAF also targeted and destroyed advanced radar systems, takeoff strips, and detection arrays that were designed to track and engage Israeli jets operating in Iranian skies. By neutralizing these defensive layers, the IDF is ensuring that its pilots can continue to fly sorties with minimal risk, maintaining what Defrin described as "the deepening of air superiority." This tactical dominance allows the coalition to choose its targets at will, as the Iranian military is now largely "blind" and unable to launch interceptors or coordinate its remaining surface to air missile batteries.

The Impact on Global Terror

The strategic significance of these strikes reaches far beyond the borders of Iran. General Defrin emphasized that these airports were the primary conduits for "arming and financing the terror proxies throughout the Middle East." By paralyzing the regime's aerial logistics, Israel is indirectly weakening Hezbollah and the Houthi terrorists, who rely on a constant flow of Iranian supplies to sustain their own campaigns. Regarding the situation at home, Defrin noted that while there is much discussion about the Home Front Command instructions, there are currently no changes to the safety directives for Israeli citizens. He promised that the military is constantly evaluating the situation and will provide updates as soon as any change in the threat level occurs.
